Patrice Lambelet has spent his entire career in the fiduciary field. He worked over ten years for one of the leading auditing and accounting companies. He then became the temporary CFO of a major industrial company and held a position in the management of food manufacturing and distribution companies. In 1992, he joined the BfB group of which he became a partner in 1996. In 2010 he became a managing director of the “Vaudoises” companies.

Patrice Lambelet is currently involved in organizing and auditing different types of companies and public institutions. He has extensive experience in auditing as well as financial, accounting and administrative management. He is in charge of organizing and restructuring companies. He assists companies that have financial difficulties and/or are subject to judicial supervision. Mr. Lambelet sets up and negotiates restructuring plans with lenders and investors. He is a member of several boards of directors.
