Bruno Vocat spent most of his career in the fiduciary field. He worked over twenty years for one of the world’s leading auditing and accounting companies, where he was a member of the board in Switzerland for nearly seven years. In 1992, he decided to found BfB. He is currently one of the main shareholders and the head of the board of directors.

Throughout his career, Mr. Vocat participated in the audit of numerous local and international companies (many of which were listed on the stock exchange) in the industrial, banking, trade and financial fields. Furthermore, he was in charge of many mandates for the restructuring of companies; he conducted legal and amicable audits, as well as operations involving the purchase and sale of companies. Bruno Vocat also helped struggling companies by setting up and negotiating restructuring plans, taking part in negotiations with sponsors, and assisting boards of directors in the management of their companies.
